I’m intrigued. E ngine out of a 1974 Stingray Vette, expensive exhaust with glasspacks , new brakes most of the way round, and A FEW BLEMISHES. Wife put the kibosh on this project. I f you can believe she didn’t want this sitting outside her house. The nerve of some people, I tell you.
Something tells me the seller would be just as amused as me if I showed up and started seeing how straight the frame is and otherwise really digging into how good it is at being a vehicle.

Fully agree. For quite some time there was no question. SUVageddon started by turning work trucks into city vehicles and luxury footing which Ford was more active in.

The problem with old car projects is that the body work & paint is by far the most expensive part of the job, and not something easy to learn/do from home/half-@ss if one want good results. (I know someone here has a cousin/buddy/BIL who painted someone’s camero with a wet rag dipped in wood stain and it looked amazing. Right)
Also, being in Minnesota, the frame is probably rusted to death. Dontcha know ?
+1 for being only a few miles away from me.

It could be brilliant in these times requiring limited numbers of short trips among people who may be distracted.

That is possible the most Minnesota truck ever.

South or North Dakota more likely.
Stuff in MN normally rusts away long before reaching this age or showing this many signs of a hard life. 3 years out of the factory without fastidious undercarriage washing is about when things start falling off or failing typically.
